FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We offer store credit only! Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

  1. To submit a request for store credit please a.)send an email to info@shopaugustrose.com and return item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery. This email must include your order number, name, and phone number. 

  2. Request for store credit that are submitted after 7 days may be denied. 

  3. Returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached and no signs or smell of wear. Items that show any sign of wear will be forfeited, no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements.

  4. Shipping fees are not refundable 

  5. Claims for any damage must be made and shipped back within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  6.  Merchandise marked "Final Sale" can not be returned, no exceptions.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our team.

August Rose is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Standard Shipping: Orders placed using standard service will typically arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). You will be able to track your order through USPS. Shipping cost will be $9


Priority Shipping: Orders placed using priority service will typically arrive within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). You will be able to track your order through USPS. Shipping cost will be $13


Express Shipping: Orders placed using express service will likely arrive the following day if placed before 8AM EST. If the order is placed after 8AM EST with this service, it will arrive 1 day after the following day (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). Shipping cost will be $30


International Shipping: Orders placed using international service will arrive within 7-20 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and

federal holidays). Shipping cost will be $35

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your item has shipped you will be sent an automatic email with your tracking number. Visit USPS to receive the most current shipping updates.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Email us within 7 days from the date of delivery with your order number, incorrect item, and we'll make sure we take care of you. The item(s) must also be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

Please confirm the status of your package by using the confirmation and tracking it. If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact USPS.  We do not issue refunds for packages that show that it has been delivered. Upon inquiry, August Rose will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please email us at your earliest convenience with your order number.


August Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All cancellations must be approved by a member of our team. If your order has not processed, please send us an email to info@shopaugustrose.com and we will send you a confirmation email authorizing the cancellation.

WHAT IS YOUR E-GIFT CARD POLICY?

August Rose Gift E-Gift Cards can be purchased online for the use of online purchases only. The E-Gift card amount may not exceed $100.00 and they have no expiration date. Purchases will be deducted from the card value until the balance reaches zero.  You are able to use 1 E-Gift Card code along with 1 promotional discount code, per purchase. Gift cards are final sale items and may not be returned for refund or exchange applied to previously purchased merchandise, or used to purchase additional E-Gift Cards. 


E-Gift Card funds are not transferable to an unauthorized third party, vendor, and may not be redeemed for cash. If fraud is suspected, August Rose reserves the right to deactivate, cancel, suspend or refuse replacement of any E-Gift Card. Consequently, August Rose has no liability to you for any third party fraud or unlawful activity associated with any gift card balance. Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to unauthorized use, unlawful use, theft, or false representation of e-gift cards.


Similarly, August Rose reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for additional review E-Gift Cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect amount, that appear to have been altered, or that are used in a manner inconsistent with our policies and terms of use. 


You must safeguard your E-Gift card for your own protection. If your E-Gift Card is lost or stolen and someone redeems it for the full amount, your card will have no value. Additionally, if someone redeems your E-Gift Card for a partial amount, August Rose will not replace the amount that was used under any circumstances. The value of the E-Gift Card is tied to that E-Gift Card’s number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the E-Gift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card or E-Gift Card, please email us at info@shopaugustrose.com. Any value that has not already been used can be re-issued to you on a new E-Gift Card, and the initial E-Gift Card will be disabled.
